   Email us

   Send your order number to info@mawjood.com within 14 days of delivery, and tell us what you’d like to return.

   Pack it up

   Keep the item unopened and unused in its original packaging, with any seals intact.

   We collect it

   Our courier picks up your return from the same address, free of charge.

4. 4

   Get refunded

   Once it’s checked in, refunds land in 5–7 business days — or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.

What can’t be returned

• Opened or used makeup, skincare, haircare and body products — for hygiene reasons.
• Items marked final sale at checkout.
• Gift cards.

Arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered? That’s on us — email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it, no questions asked.
