Free across Cairo on orders over EGP 1,500. Below that, standard delivery is EGP 60. Express (next business day) is EGP 120 anywhere we deliver.

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and 3–6 business days elsewhere in Egypt. Express is next business day in Cairo and Giza.

Not yet — right now we deliver to all 27 governorates within Egypt. International shipping is on our roadmap.

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused items in their original packaging for a full refund.

If it arrived damaged, faulty or wasn’t what you ordered, yes — email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out. Opened items can’t be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid cash on delivery.

No — checkout as a guest any time. Creating an account just lets you save your wishlist and reorder faster.
